I’ve really enjoyed reading The Advantage. It’s very accessible – avoiding the “management speak” of many business books.
It explains why companies should strive for Organizational Health, and how they can achieve it. Which is music to our ears. Patrick focuses in on the role of the leadership team in building Organizational Health – by fostering alignment and clarity for the company.
The one area we have a different opinion to Patrick is whether it is possible to measure Health. We’ve found that employees are great judges of this if you ask the right questions.
Making Organizational Health measurable provides even more support to Patrick’s argument that this should be the number one priority for leaders.
